Elderflower Syrup 1L Giffard

Giffard syrups are very popular in France. They are used to add a unique flavour to any drink - add to water, cocktails/mocktails, smoothies, granitas, fruit salads or ice cream. They are super versatile and long lasting - a little goes a long way!

This elderflower syrup is floral and acidic with lychee and lemon notes.

Recipe idea: To create a refreshing elderflower lemonade, mix together 20mL elderflower syrup, 20mL fresh lemon juice and 160mL sparkling water.
