Caramel Syrup 1L Giffard
Giffard syrups are very popular in France. They are used to add a unique flavour to any drink - add to water, cocktails/mocktails, smoothies, granitas, fruit salads or ice cream. They are super versatile and long lasting - a little goes a long way!
Recipe idea: Mix together 20mL caramel syrup, 15mL coconut syrup (coconut milk as lighter alternative), 40mL milk and 1 espresso to create a decadent caramel latte.
