Goat's Cheese & Preserved Lemon Dip

This is the perfect dip for any platter or just to serve with bread 

Ingredients:

1 x Preserved Lemon (Available at La Cave)

100g - 150g x Buche de Chevre / Goat's cheese (available at La Cave)

1/2 Cup Cream Whipped (alternatively you could use Cream Cheese/Sour Cream depending on your preferred texture or leave this part out)

Salt & Pepper to taste

Method:

Pulverise the preserved lemon peel (discard the inner)

Whip the goats cheese so its a smooth paste consistency

Add Lemon to goats cheese and add cream if required or simply leave as just goats cheese and lemon. This really depends on taste and if you prefer a more subtle flavour or stronger goat cheese flavour.

Add Salt & Pepper to taste

Spread on bread or add to a platter.
