Last week we had a fun evening during the Christmas cooking demo. Wayne offered us once again a delicious menu. We started with home made wasabi pikelets with hot smoked salmon, lime and cucumber salsa followed by a rack of lamb with a parmesan, cranberry and pecan crust served with chargrilled marinated vegetables. We finished on a Italian classic with a twist with berry and mascarpone Tiramisu. And of course a Christmas feast would not be complete without Wayne’s Famous Christmas Mince Pies. I have to say that Christmas mince pies are not my favorite dessert but Wayne's pies are the best I have ever tried by far!!!
We have another demo this week and we are all very excited for this event as it is always a very pleasant evening. November class will be the last one for the year and will start again in February next year. Join us for one of them next year you will love it.
